My last batch turned out so good that I decided to make more of the same, but of course I had to make a few tweaks. Hop profile is modified a bit, I scaled back on the Citra a bit to allow some of the other hops to come through more. I also upped the Rye malt to see if I can notice what it does. And I took the extra step of rehydrating the yeast instead of sprinkling it dry.

Tasting notes
29/1/14: Tasted at botteling - tastes pretty good but not 'wow' like the previous batch - not as hop forward, bit more hop bitterness. Colour also looks darker - brown.
13/4/14: Not a bad drop but not nearly as good as Working Title IPA I. I noticed a slight hint of something a bit off - just a very slight hint of what was off with my Amarillo Ale (batch 19) - but still pretty good.
