Inspired by Cameron’s Hazy IPA, this is a mid-strength (5-ish %) version featuring Mosaic hops and using up some Nelson and Waimea that I already had.

Tasting notes
Not so hazy, quite clear actually, but very nice! Much more like an American pale ale than a New England IPA. Mid strength, light in colour, refreshing and fairly hoppy. Great hops result considering it was a modest (for an APA) 170g total hops. I love the mosaic hops, maybe my new favorite hops!
