My last beer, the League Vortex was really good and disappeared quickly so I was going to do it again but last minute I decided to do a few modifications to beef it up a tad so this will be a slightly different beer – more grain, more hops, more colour. Last time around I had the recipe’s 200g of hops plus an additional 16g that I added for bittering. This time I’ve kept that bittering addition but made it 25g along with 300g of flavour/aroma hops. For the sake of economics I went with 3 x 100g packets of hope so we have 100g each of Cascade, Sauvin and Citra instead of 50g each of those three plus Mosaic.
